This blog entry on 13th of february 2011 at 2:26 pm by a swiss person calling him-/herself S.P. (User ID: 1217946) reads like this: «Hosni Moubarak has just past [writing error (?) also in original post] away in Germany's top private clinic. According to a nurse, who minutes ago contacted a radio station here in Switzerland, in this high end hospital near Bühl, called «Max-Grundig-Klinik Bühlerhöhe», in a small town which is near Baden Baden, in Germany, President Moubarak past away.»
What is a little weard is that the post is on a website with the name Godlike Produktions – UFOs, Conspiracy Theorists, Lunatic Fringe. Doesn't sound very reliable to me.
A quick Google search confirms though, that the clinic Max-Grundig-Klinik Bühlerhöhe does exist.
What is interesting though is, that another person, the swiss citizen and operator of the blog Anonymous Coward (OP) gives minutes later further details: «The call was made in German [language], so I did not understand everything, however, here are some details: He [Mubarak] was flown in, early this morning, in a deep coma. He has died at 6:53 pm at the Max-Grundig-Klinik»
Comparing the times mentioned both on the blog entries and in the text that would mean Mubarak passed away on 12th february 2011 because Bloggers and Clinic are in the same timezone.
Now in the first blog entry S.P. recalls that the nurse «who minutes ago [of 13th of february 2011 at 2:26 pm] contacted a radio station [which one?]» said Mubarak «just [minutes to hours?! before the 13th of february 2011 at 2:26 pm] past [writing error (?) also in original post] away»
This [minutes to hours?! before the 13th of february 2011 at 2:26 pm] does obviously contradict the statement made minutes later by Anonymous Coward who said he passed away at [6:53 pm on 12th february 2011].
Another blog entry by Anonymous Coward provides another two sources 2 and 3 seemingly confirming the news in the blog. But it could also be the other way round, that sources 2 and 3 inspired source 1 to publish a hoax.
SOURCE 2 and 3
Translated by Demode: «The newspaper Al-Wasat, based in Bahrain, citing sources close to the former rais Hosni Moubrak fell into a coma just before his forced departure from Cairo on Feb. 11 to get to Sharm El Sheikh Red Sea. The Egyptian daily Al-Masry Al-Youm reported today that Mubarak is currently in Baden, Germany for emergency medical treatment.»
However, that report by Egyptian daily Al-Masry Al-Youm journalist Ahmed El-Sawi on february 13th 2011 at 10:22h reporting that «Mubarak is currently in Baden[-Baden], Germany for emergency medical treatment.» contradicts (and is now automatically relayed?) an article written in the same newspaper on february 14th 2011 at 11:21h by Staff stating that «informed sources»«said that Mubarak is receiving treatment at his residence in the resort town, adding that it has not yet been decided whether he should be transported to a hospital, either in Egypt or abroad.»

Nevertheless Reuter journalists Andrew Hammond and Samia Nakhoul write today, 15th february, that «Speculation has swirled about Mubarak's health, including some talk that he may have already died. Arab diplomats, including one Egyptian, said on Tuesday (today), 15th february 2011 that they had not heard any news that Mubarak had died.» and «The Asharq al-Awsat report said Mubarak, 82, had refused advice to travel to Germany for treatment. He underwent gallbladder surgery there last year, and since then rumors about his health have frequently surfaced.»
So I would conclude, that Mubarak has defenitely not gone to Germany until this morning, most probably is still in or close to Sharm al-Sheikh but possibly in a very serious health condition.
Well, «good health» is probably a question of definition. And didn't Al Arabiya loose a lot of its credibility lately?
